Introduction

Welcome to Kids Need Play Organization ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website, programs, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

 
1. Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

Our programs and services are designed for children aged 6-16. Parental or guardian consent is required for participants under the age of 18.
1.2 User Conduct

Participants and guardians agree to adhere to the rules of conduct outlined in our program materials.
 
2. Program Participation

2.1 Registration

Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.
Registration does not guarantee placement in programs due to limited availability.
2.2 Cancellations and Refunds

Free programs do not require payment; however, if applicable, paid events may have specific cancellation and refund policies provided at the time of registration.
2.3 Code of Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully and follow the instructions of program leaders. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program.
 
3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

All content, materials, logos, and branding associated with Kids Need Play Organization are the exclusive property of the organization and may not be used without written permission.
3.2 Prohibited Use

Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior consent.
 
4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Guarantee

We strive to provide safe and enjoyable experiences but do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our programs.
4.2 Liability Waiver

By participating in our programs, users agree to hold Kids Need Play Organization harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising out of participation.
 
5. Privacy

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate access to our programs or services at our discretion if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
